These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phiwin ("phiwin," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phiwin.org. phiwin operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and provides online casino gaming, sports betting, and bingo services to eligible players in the Philippines.

• You have not previously had a phiwin account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

By registering an account on phiwin, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. phiwin shall not be liable for any consequence arising from a player misrepresenting their eligibility status.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one phiwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC): In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") obligations, phiwin is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) along with a contemporaneous selfie photograph. phiwin may request additional supporting documentation if initial verification is inconclusive. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to phiwin's satisfaction.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify phiwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phiwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to exercise reasonable security precautions.

phiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on phiwin is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. phiwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the withdrawal destination account must match the name on the phiwin account as verified through KYC.

phiwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation before processing. phiwin also reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity.

phiwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds have a validity period after which they expire along with any associated winnings if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• phiwin reserves the right to exclude certain games from contributing to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages will be communicated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim introductory bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• phiwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that already-accepted bonuses will be honoured subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

All games available on phiwin are governed by individual game rules communicated within the relevant game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game before placing wagers. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generator: All outcomes in phiwin's slot, bingo, and virtual table games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") that has been independently tested and audited as part of phiwin's PAGCOR licensing requirements. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages displayed in game information panels are independently verified figures.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. phiwin's decision regarding the appropriate resolution of any technical malfunction shall be final. phiwin shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game affected by a malfunction.

Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected from a live dealer game session, the game will proceed according to the applicable table rules. Where the rules permit, the player's hand will be played according to the relevant default strategy. phiwin will not be liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet connection, device, or third-party network provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phiwin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on phiwin.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using phiwin for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity in violation of Philippine AMLA and related legislation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage on phiwin's platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in phiwin's system. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards phiwin's staff, other players, or any third party associated with phiwin.
• Attempting to access phiwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Transferring account balances to third parties or engaging in any arrangement designed to facilitate indirect gambling by ineligible persons.

phiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request under the self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, phiwin reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Voluntary Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting phiwin's customer support team. Where there is no pending investigation and all wagering requirements have been met, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

phiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. phiwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly within the account settings panel:

All intellectual property rights in the phiwin platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, audio, visual elements, branding, trade marks, logos, and written content, are owned by or licensed to phiwin. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of phiwin or its licensors.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phiwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any content on phiwin without phiwin's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phiwin's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the phiwin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phiwin account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

phiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the player's use of phiwin, even if phiwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phiwin does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with phiwin's internal dispute resolution process may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

phiwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with applicable law or a PAGCOR regulatory requirement, in which case changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phiwin platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phiwin immediately and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
